communicate hercules CAN nodes

Hi Rocky,

The easiest way is using HALCoGen for generating two (or more) project for nodes.
 In the case of simplex communication (1TX -> nRX) you should enable at least one TX message on your transmitter node and one RX message on your receiver node(s) with same speed same  ID,  same DLC.

I have't seen that demo project but you have to use the following functions (see more in HL_can.h)

uint32 canGetData(canBASE_t *node, uint32 messageBox, uint8 * const data);

I recommend buying a cheap devboard with integrated JTAG and CAN interface for the first steps. For example:
