Hi Calum,
The adapter is part of the XDS200 emulator package. I don't think you can just buy the adapter separately. Take a look at this wiki page about the different emulator connectors and perhaps you can make the adapter yourself. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../JTAG_Connectors
