The code pointed by you (on Github) is not from TI. To get the code from TI use the link: www.ti.com/tool/sw-tm4c

How do you want the Launchpad to act as - HTTP client or HTTP server?

The example "enet_weather" acts as HTTP client and connects to Open Weather Map (http://openweathermap.org/). This example uses the "http.c" file which makes it easy to send HTTP POST and HTTP GET requests.

The examples "enet_lwip" and "enet_io" act as HTTP server and host a website.

The examples you told me are complicated for my level. But I have switched Energia and found more basic examples. I have experienced about HTTP Client and Server and it works perfectly.
