Reset issue of TM4C129x

Hi, Everyone

I have a quetion about Errata SYSCTL#23 of TM4C129x

I have a issue about Reset.
TM4C129x sometimes does not work after Reset.
Please see this thread.

Is this Errata SYSCTL#23 apply this issue ?

We use MOSC and PLL as SYSCLK.
