I downloaded the BXL file from ti.com and created the EDF file using UltraLibrarian as written in the instructions. Things are fine at this point, but when I import the EDF file using the EDF import option in OrCAD, I get a lot of errors in this vein...

The OLB file gets created anyway though, and Adding it into my opened libraries, works fine. Next when I try to use a part I get these error:
