Unknown USB Device

Hi,

I installed a brand new TM4C onto my customized board and routed out the USB0DM and USB0DP to a macroUSB connector.  And I downloaded the firmware onto this device through JTAG from launchpad ICDI breakouts.  Then I hooked up this device USB port to my desktop.  The windows popped up saying "USB Device Not Recognized".  I saw the on the device manager, the Vendor ID is 0x0000 and Product ID is also 0x0000.

This is very strange because when I downloaded the same firmware onto the device on launch pad, the VID is 0x1CBE and PID is 0x0003.  And also, when hooked up with USB to laptop, the device can be recognized....

Does anyone knows what might be wrong?
