TM4C board debug port for XDS560v2

Hello,

I'm designing a board with Tiva MCU and need to make provision for connection of the XDS560V2 debugger. What is recommended connection for Tiva TI-14pin or TI-20pin port? Is system or core trace supported on Tiva?

Hi Dalibot,

XDS560V2 should be supported, but didn't try it on TM4C MCU. I have used XDS100V2 and ICDI debuggers without any issue. This link shows the difference between connectors: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../JTAG_Connectors
You can use either 14pin or 20pin connector. I prefer 20pin connector (CTI).
