What does "IoT Enabled" mean in the TM4C129 range of uC's?

Comparing the block diagrams of the TM4C129ENCZAD  .vs. TM4C1294NCZAD shows the TM4C129ENCZAD has the DES, AES and SHA/MD5 modules which the TM4C1294NCZAD doesn't have.

Looking beyond TI's portfolio, it seems that "IoT enabled" just means "having ethernet".

Could even infer TI provides (qs-iot.bin) file being it also runs on TM4C1294NCPDT without 128 bit encryption and that too is IOT ready.

In that frame of consistency your example of merely having and Ethernet port deems either one an IOT candidate. Don't the ZAD suffix infer a TQFP 128 pin ball package.
