Hi, i have to realize 3 projects
1) Ethernet RJ45 + GPIO
2) WiFi + GPIO
3) Ethernet RJ45 + Wifi + GPIO
For first projects i would like to use EK-TM4C1294XL (evaluation kit), visit

i have some questions:
a) Can i write C code and upload C code using web connection? i don't want to buy IDE and i don't want to buy jtag or programmers
b) Please can you provide me an example how to read/write GPIO using C code and how to upload this C code, i would like to use C code but also HTML user interface
c) Does the board support PHP languages, can i upload on the board a web page written in PHP ?
For third project (Ethernet RJ45 + WiFi) i would like to use the same board for first projet and add a WiFi dougther board, please can you suggest me one?
For second project i would like to use the WiFi board used for third project but stand alone, without the Ethernet RJ45 board.
