Hello Amit,

When configuring the TM4C129 through the PinMux utility I noted that the program resolves the EN0PPS/EPIOS11 conflict on PG0 by moving EN0PPS toPJ0.

Given that, is it correct to assume the device is designed to run these two features simultaneously?

Yes, if moving the pin mux removes the conflict then the 2 features can work simultaneously.

Hello Amit,

Is it your recommendation that the cloud version of Pinmux be used over the download version? I ask this as I have found they produce different outputs.

They should and must generate the same results. Which release of the desktop version are you using? And what difference is it producing?

Hello Amit,

Cloud version is 4.0.1223. Desktop is 1.0.4. Processor is TM4C1294NCPDT. Test was done using ETHERNET0 module.

But even the init function names are different. Cloud calls PinoutSet, while Desktop calls PortFunctionInit.

I checked the PinMux web site

There is no mention of a version 1.X.X for Desktops.
