Hi Leo,

The address range from offset 0x164-0x17F are reserved and denoted as 'rsvd1'. You don't use them for any PBIST operation.

I originally thought the same, but in the pbistSelfCheck() there is:
/* PBIST_RUN */
pbistREG->rsvd1[1U] = 1U;
so it is used , please let me know if it's halcogen's error.

Hi Leo,

The rsvd1[1U] is used internally to select test clock inputs. However, this register is not user programmed during application selftest. During application selftest it is automatically configured for the memory under test based on the information downloaded from the PBIST ROM.
