Can you provide details of what help you seek? Your question is too broad and I am not sure where to start. Specific question have a greater chance of being answered by forum members.

From MATLAB you probably have to manually set up some sort of serial link.

From Simulink and Embedded Coder, we offer a way to program the Tiva TM4C123G via Energia: Embedded Coder Target for Energia

Brian McKay if a need send datas from TIVA stellaris with packbooster CC2530 AIR module to msp430 and vice versa, how to do it ?

example:

I have the value 5 in TIVA written C, and I need to read it with the other plate msp430 using the boosterpack. that what i need. (comunication UART)
