Hi,

The TMS470MF TRM describes about OTP memory.

I could find the typical usage of TI OTP area, but not well described for Customer's one.

Could someone tell me more about the Customer OTP ?

And are both TI and Customer OTP implemented on any TMS470MF0660x silicon ?

The TMS470M family of devices have both TI and Customer OTP (One Time Programmable) memory implemented. The TI OTP area is used to store various data about the device like test history and device specific settings. The Customer OTP may be used as the customer sees fit to store similar data.
