HET IDE v3.05.01 vs v3.3

Hello,

The latest HET IDE available is v3.05.01.  We are using an old version v3.3 with a release date of 30Jan2012.  Is 3.05.01 a newer version with a lower version number, or did the numbering system change?  Where can I find a list of differences between the two?
