Is there a document listing the recommended approach for all the 337 BGA pins if some of them are not used?

Hi Keith,

For the un-populated pins you can leave them as no-connect (NC).

Hi Charles,

I meant to say the pins I'm not using (for example: FLTP1, FLTP2, AS1IN[10...23], EMIF_ADDRR[] pins, DMM_nENA, FRAYRX1, ETMDATA[17..31], etc.
