Hi Janani,
Do you use TI TM4C1294 launchpad or use your own board? On TI Launchpad, the 8 PWM signals are routed to the headers. Tiva ware also provides a PWM sample code at C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.2.111\examples\peripherals\pwm
Connect your probe's ground clip to the GND (several GNDs on the headers), and the probe tip to the signal output (PWM0..7). As sson as you connect both parts of the probe, you should see the signal begin to dance around your oscilloscope screen. If your wave is not stable, try rotating the trigger position knob. Make sure the trigger isn't higher than the tallest peak of your waveform. By default, the trigger type should be set to edge, which is a good choice for square waves.

Poster's (latest) wanders FAR (very far) from his listed subject. One suspects that "finding" a PWM signal - w/in "c drive" - registers as "unusual"...
