The oscillator for TM4C1294

Dear Experts

Could you help me to check if this oscillator working for TM4C1294?

In the TM4C1294 datasheet, the DC level VIH is 0.8X3.3V=2.64V and VIL is 0.2X3.3V=0.6V.
We also tested the oscillator on EK-TM4C1294XL and the result is
480mV P-P with DC level +240mV ~ - 240mV

We tested below oscillator and the result is
325mV P-P with DC level +160mV ~ - 165mV
So is there any problem to use this oscillator for TM4C1294?

Which pin of the Hibernate oscillator did you make the measurement?

Dear Amit

We measured the XOSC0 (PIN 66).
Should I send the schematics to you?
My customer just connect the 32768Hz crystal on XOSC0 and XOSC1.

Hello Jefferey

Is the XOSC0 working with Hibernate module or not? You can send the schematic snapshot for the hibernate section, but if the connections are made as per the system design guidelines, then it should be OK.
