I am looking to for the published accuracy of the TMS570LC4357 temperature sensor accuracy after it has been calibrated per SPNA216.  The Rev A die datasheet (SPNS195A) stated +/- 2 C accuracy.  SPNA216 states "This example achieved a standard deviation of less than 2.5°C from the temperature chamber".

    The inherent design accuracy of the internal thermistor is +/- 2C, but the overall accuracy of your measurement is based also on the accuracy of the ADC reference voltage, the ADC converter and the calibration values. TI does not specify an overall accuracy but rather has published the results referenced in the application note SPNA216.
