I'm going to use one of the RM4x microcontrollers in my design. I need Altium integrated library for this family.

    Search on RM44*

    They're there for download.   You need to read the instructions on the page though because you download a '.bxl' file and then use the program on that page to output to Altium  (or to whatever other CAD tool you need assuming it's supported).
