Which bit would I use in Memory Initialization Enable Register MSINENA to auto-initalize TCRAM on tms570LS04x?

  You can find the information in section 6.14.2 of the LS04x datasheet. If you look at the table the TCRAM is mapped to bit 0 of the MSINENA register. If you use the HalCoGen to generate the startup code then it will initialize the TCRAM by calling the memoryInit(0x1U) function.

What do you mean? The address range is ending with 0x7FFFF which means 32k. 32k is the available SRAM for LS04. Or your question is whether or not the ECC space will be initialized as well? If this is the question then yes. The ECC checksum will be automatically generated as part of the auto-initialization.
