Herculus Safety RM48 USB Development kit i2c Problem.

i want to  implement an I2C communication between Hercules RM48  usb stick and a sensor. But i am unable to find the the SCL and SDA ports. According to the RM48 data sheet, port 3 and 4 have MIBSPI3,N2HET and i2c that we can use one of them using pin mux. But this RM48 usb stick is already using the pin 3,4 as a N2HET for the leds. Is there any way of using i2c for the sensor?
