RTOS based EVM for TM4C129x

Hello, 

I am working one proof of concept where i need to interface multiple sensors to one sensor hub to collect the data and transmit the same to the iOS based platform by using wireless gateway.

As of now we were using TM4C129x based EVM (MikroElektronika  TIVA BOARD) and we made our system as Non- OS based, however we have paralle task to handle. On top of that we are not geting support from the MikroElektronika as well.

Now we are planning to move on to the RTOS based system, so i need your support to identify the EVM which shall have CAN, Ethernet connectivity option along with that multiple UART, I2C, SPI, ADC peripheral options.

Please suggest as soon as possible,so that can start our evaluation on the same.

    Hello Sudhanshu,

    I am not certain what you mean by RTOS based EVM? The RTOS is the OS that runs on the MCU and is not dependent on the EVM design. There is support for TM4C129 by several different RTOS producers. The ones we see most frequently is FreeRTOS (third party) and TI-RTOS which is internally produced by a TI-RTOS group at TI.

    In regard to a board with all of the features you are asking, the DK-TM4C129X would be my recommendation to most closely match your requirements. The part number of the board, DK-TM4C129X, should link to the product page where you can review documentation and purchase through the TI website.

    In addition, there is a released TI design for this board if you should choose to produce it yourself. The reference design is located here: www.ti.com/.../TIDM-CONNECTED-ETHERNET
