Hello Team,

one of my customers is working with TM4C129DNCPDT and have question regarding ADC Module Rs and equivalent input resistance. As per Electrical characterstics, Rs should be as per below table: It means if Fadc is 16MHz and Fconv 1Msps then Interface cicuit should have Equivalent resistance of 500ohm or less... If it will be grater than result will not be repeatable and with error... Am i right?

    If higher, the result may have an error and may not be repeatable.

    Take a look for the bookshelf tag, there are references to TI's own seminars on the subject of A/D interfacing. Really you should never be in the situation where this question arises.
