Safety mechanism link to "Appendix A Summary of Recommended Safety Feature Usage"

I am reading "Safety Manual for TMS570LS31x and TMS570LS21 x Hercules ARMR-Based Safety Critical Microcontrollers (Literature Number: SPNU511D)".

I have two questions.

1. I think "7.13 CPU Memory Protection Unit (MPU)" and "7.80 Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for Cortex R4 CPU" are duplicates.

   Either of which may be unnecessary?

2. Unique Identifer is "OTP4B" In "Appendix A Summary of Recommended Safety Feature Usage"

    that link to "7.59 Hardware CRC Check of OTP Contents".

    But,I think it should link to  "7.92 Periodic Hardware CRC Check of OTP Contents".
