Choosing an Hi-Speed USB Physical Layer Transceiver (PHY)

I need to transfer a lot of data from the MCU to my computer. Originaly I thought that the 12Mbps that offers the MCU with its integrated PHY would be enough but the maximun speed that I get is 1.7Mbps, also in other posts the experts say that the real maximun speed that I can get is 5-6Mbps.

The USB3320 board (~78$) is a tested option to achieve HS, but i was wondering if there is a problem using a cheaper option, like the USB3300 board (8.99$).

If anyone wants to help me with my problem to achieve the maximun speed, here is the post:

Yes, it is possible to use the USB3300 with TM4C129x device class for USB High Speed operations. We are in the process of publishing a reference design for the same. It is expected that the software and the design will be available in Nov-2016 on TI's web site.
