Using Stellaris ICDI on EK-TM4C123GXL to Debug other Launchpad?

I tried to connect two launchpad(LM4F120,TM4c123GXL) to debug ,but it's not work. In CCS debug,showed "Error connecting to the target"

Two Lunchpad are still work when the jummper connected.

I almost follow "Using TM4C12x Devices Over JTAG Interface" ,tried to combine two lunchpad to programmed and debug.

Did I miss something or wrong connecting ?

    Looking at the picture I think

    1. The TDI and TDO are swapped.
    2. None of the main MCU's is getting power.
    3. On the board being debugged the external debug pin must be connected to GND.

    Well yes - helper convenience, ease for one.   While "picture is claimed to exceed 1000 words"  - that's not true for "all" pictures.  (and all words)

    Your listing of each/every interconnect connection (in clear chart form) - at each board - surely simplifies readers' review...
