I have licenced copy of CCS5. How to upgrade from CCS5 to CCS6?

Hello Kiran,

There is an Upgrade option in Help Tab. Did you check that.If not then download CCSv6 and install the same.

I have not checked Upgrade option. Which option (Check for update or Install new software) you are talking about? I don't know exact procedure for upgrade. Can you please send me staeps? Should I buy separate licence for CCS6 or what?

Hello Kiran

In Code Composer Studio, in Help Menu there is an option called "Check for Updates" in the drop down menu. If that does not show CCSv6 then go to CCS page and download the new version.

Does the CCS5 license cover CCS6?

Yes, it should cover CCSv6. Unless a new feature that was never present earlier is added, then I am not sure.
