Yes, I am looking for both the Component Schematic and the Footprint Libraries in Altium. An alternative is the compiled version of these libraries called an Integrated Lib.

All Component libraries are now available at the following link

https://webench.ti.com/cad/

Type in the TM4C12x part number and it will show the bxl file. The bxl file is a generic file that can be imported in UltraLibrarian software to generate the component footprint and schematic entry for different tools (see steps in the result page)

The webench utility generates the output format as per the EDA tool selected. I am not sure if I have seen anything else generated along. I would request you to try that for yourself.
