Flash Programming error and VCCPLL not tied to 1.2V

Hi Everybody,

We have a custom design hardware based on TMDX570LS12HDK.

We use XDS100v2 USB debug probe and JTAG connection tests are OK(all pass), but flash programming is not possible neither with CCS nor using Uniflash. We are trying to identify the cause of the problem. Our test code can be burned  to TMDX570LS12HDK, so all falsh/tool configurations seems OK.

One thing we could find is VCCPLL is not tied to any supply and left floating.  Any  commnets? Could this be the reason?
