Hi Support,

my customer is working on overvoltages protection on TMS570LS1224.

They need to understand/confirm that TMS is not getting damaged if a power rail is off while others are on – for all possible combinations.

    Alberto,

    There is a power sequencing diagram in the datasheet. Generally as long as the rails stay within their abs max range the sequencing of the rails isn't an issue; however the nPORRST pin must be held low when the rails are not stable per the sequencing diagram.
