Connection to PC (as device) for Gui Composer or any other GUI

Hello,

Can you tell me whether there is a good way to connect the Tiva Tm4C123G (Launchpad) to a PC (realtime) to demonstrate some variable values graphically?

I want to visualice 3-5 Integers with realtime requrements of min. 30fps and visualice them on the PC Screen.

Is Gui Composer able to graphically show a Cycle/Dot/Form moving through the GUI, changing its position directed from the variables/Coordinates from the Tiva C?

-> Could I use UART - RS232 for this or the onboard USB-Device connector?

I want to visualice those integers graphically on the PC-Screen.

Two integers for example position and hight give information about the Position (on the screen) and the hight of an Object.

-> Thats why 30fps are requred, because the human eye should see a moving object, not a jumping one.

Hello Roman,

Then UART is fine. It is sending data at 115200 bps for a 1N8 format. In absolute terms there is 92160 bps of data or 11529 bytes per second. For a 30 frames per second what is required for 3 bytes is a data rate of 90 bytes per second.
