View->registers->MibSpip5
All MibSpip5 regsiters read 0.
Opening the memory window on MibSpip5 base address -> the registers read '--------'.
Seems for some reason, the GEL file that comes with CCSv4 doesn't have MibSPI registers or MibSPI ram mapped.
I had to add these to the gel file to be able to read them in the debugger
