Hello,
We are using a TM4C129E industrial rated micro in our design. The part is rated for 105 degrees C. When running at 90 degrees C the micro is fully functional including the micro Ethernet port. When we power cycle, the micro recovers full functionality with the exception of the Ethernet port, which does not recover until the temperature has dropped to about 60 degrees C.
Any ideas on what may be causing our problem?
