I'm developing a TIVA-based motion controller module and I'd like to change the manufacturer's name and the device class name.

I thought that this issue has something to do with the string descriptor table in the USB_BULK_DEVICE example.

Please note that the VID/PID being used must be a valid VID and PID as per USB org.

Yes of course.
I understand that. Sorry for not explaining well.

I mean that I'd like to change the text strings appearing in the windows device manager tree.
Now my launchpad appears as "Generic bulk device" under "Tivaware Bulk Devices" class in the device manager window.
Can I change these names?

Yes, you can change that by updating the strings in the Source code string descriptors.
