HalCoGen 04.06 issue on HET1 pinmux setting

Pinmux setting: Enable HET1, it will check ball C1 for HET2[0]. 

Can be fixed by changing C:\ti\Hercules\HALCoGen\v04.06.00\drivers\TMS570LC4357ZWT\PINMUXv000.xml, remove line 1010

setMuxOption(16,2,"C1",val)
