Can Communication between 5 TM4C123G launchpads?

I have 5 TM4C123G lauchpads and now i want to communicate this 5 boards with each other using CAN communication. I have 5 MCP2562 CAN transceiver to transmit and receive commands among 5 lauchpads. How can i write a program to make communication possible? Is it possible to write a VHDL program for CAN communication?
