What is the TM4C129 ADC spec test temperature on datasheet?

Dear TM4C champs,

A customer is test the ADC result accuracy. So they want to know the spec provided on the datasheet test temperature.

Such as Et 'Total unadjusted error, over full input rangep', because the customer test the accuracy is over the spec Et.

The ADC Spec test temperature is from -40C to 85C (or 105C for extended temperature devices)

Amit,

Got and thanks. But right now the customer finds that the Et is over 4LSB to about 8LSB at 55C or low temperature.
Et is within 4LSB at about 25C.

Amit,

The reference is external REF3330, 3.3V. We test the REF3330 will cause only 1LSB error in full temperature range.
Can you provide any standard test procedue? Or source code to you to check?

Hello Hardy

Your external reference source selection is correct. How is the external reference connected to the TM4C device (schematic and layout information) and whether it follows the requirement as specified by the System Design Guidelines for TM4C129x (Literature Number SPMA059, Section 3.5.5).

As for the test procedure it was done on a standalone system which has been designed especially for analog module characterization. I doubt we replicate the same on the EVM's.
