TMS570LS ADC Total Unadjusted Error (TUE)

Hello,

We are using a TMS570LS3137 and several TMS570LS0332 MCUs in a system.

The TUE for the 3137 is +/- 4 LSB in 12 bit mode.  The TUE for the 0332 is +/- 4 LSB in 12 bit mode only if calibration has been performed.

Are the two devices actually different, or is the 3137 datasheet lagging behind?
