I'd like to trip-zone ePWM at system debug.
My current setup is :
TZSEL[13] (OSHT6) = '1', TZCTL[1:0] (TZA) = '2' and TZCTL[3:2] (TZB) = '2' but in the case of debugging I still have PWM output.
Do I have to setup something else?

Please take a look at the below two posts for explanation. In short, the LC4357 has incorporated the CTI (Cross Trigger Interface) modules that is gating the CPU debug acknowledge signal from reaching to the rest of the system. You will need to run a GEL script to enable the CTI upon connect to the target. Once the CTI is enabled, if CPU is halted during debug its debug acknowledge signal will reach the modules like ePWM as a trip zone event.
