Regarding TI RTOS support to Windows 10 Host

Hi,

I am from Eoxys, we are doing an automation project using TM41294NCPDT Launchpad. We are using latest version of Code Compose Studio in Windows10 and planning to use TI RTOS for MCU, but according to Release note Windows10 host support is not mentioned anywhere. So we want clarification and better suggestions from you.

Hello Raghu,

Are you saying that TI RTOS does not support Host example on Windows10 or Windows 10 does not support Host mode. I would need a clarification so that we are on the same page?

Hello Amith,
As per the document, I saw in TI RTOS there is a host support paragraph I Found in Help Content inside that TI RTOS Release Note, with in that they mention only Windows7, Windows8 and "not windows10". So we are in confusion to go for either Free RTOS or TI RTOS for our TIM4C1290NCPDT. And we want clarity on both host examples does it support and is Windows10 support Host mode.

Hello Raghunath,

Thanks for clarifying. To be honest, this question can be answered in the TI RTOS forum not on the TM4C forum. I can only comment on the TivaWare driverlib examples where we have support for Mass Storage, HID and Audio Class devices.
