HET-IDE launch problem

Hello all,

I have a problem installing HET-IDE under Win 10 x64 and Win 7 x64. I tried version 3.3 and version version 03.05.01. After Installation I first had to add the C:\SynaptiCAD\bin and C:\SynaptiCAD\bin\x64 to the PATH variable.

Now I always get this error message when I try to start HET-IDE:

I already reinstalled vc_redist 2013 and vc_redist 2015 whithout success.

Any Ideas what could be wrong?

    Hi Jens,
    I'm not too sure what is the problem. I just installed 03.05.01 and I didn't encounter a problem. I had the 3.3 previously installed. I look at my user variables. I do find that I have below variables related to HET IDE/SynapticCAD:

    SYNCAD_HOME C:\SynaptiCAD
    UNISON C:\SynaptiCAD\,unison\
    VCToolkitInstallDir C:\SynapticCAD\vctoolkit\

    Can you double check if you have these variables. If you still have problem I will pass your question to one of our experts for help.
