EK-TM4C1294XL: error in connecting launchpad

we are continuously facing this problem when we connect TM4C294 launchpad to the PC "This device has not yet been activated or does not exist. Please activate your device or confirm the device RID and try again." this message is continuously displayed on exocite dashboard. we have good internet connection. even if the device is connected it shows it is not activated. please give us the solution.

    Have you activated the device on the Exosite web portal?
  • Perhaps that "rarest of events" - a diagnostic message which is (somewhat) communicative & understandable.

    Poster's attention to detail is suspect - "TM4C294" (as he lists) clearly, "Does not exist."

    After a device is added on Exosite, it needs to be activated on the IoT portal.

    We are not sure if the user has "Activated" them.

    But that does raise a good point though.

    Has the activate command been issued on the COM port command line and if there is a proxy server then has the proxy server and port name been set also in the command line.

    As you know - Exosite has a (very) mixed history here.

    What you've just described is a mechanism w/multiple, moving parts and it is (usual) that (great) attention to detail must be evident. Inability to list (even) the MCU part number correctly - casts (severe) doubt on poster's focus...
