I have added the device after login into ti.exosite.com i have entered correct mac address and configered but it is showing as device not activated or wrong device.i tried entering mac address again.but still same and device status is offline.

Hello Praveen,

Please reset the board and check if the COM port display shows anything. If not then flash the qs_iot example from TivaWare onto the board again.

Hello Praveen,

1. Did you reflash the binary?
2. Have you made sure that the windows device manager for the COM port has settings to 115200 bps and so is the same on the PuTTy

Hello Praveen,

It seems that the issue is with acquiring an IP address. Are you sure there is no Proxy server on your network that need to be set.

Then it is clear that there is no DHCP server for the board to get an IP address. Please connect the board to a n/w switch.
