- As shown in the figure:
- This picture is pointed out that HET1, HET2 and etPWM sync signal is controled by PINMMR36[25].If this bit is set,the signal of N2HET_LOOP_SYNC will be used,the signal will controled HET1, HET2 and etPWM sync.
But I set the bit of PINMMMR[25],HET1, HET2 and etPWM still has a phase difference. According to the document SPNU515B description,N2HET_LOOP_SYNC is a sync signal.How do I need to use this signal to let HET1, HET2 and etPWM synchronization.
