i had tms570ls3137 development kit . and not glow the power led 3.3v and 1.2v led when i connected to power .and connenctivity between ground and 3.3v how can i solve this problem..

Did you connect a power supply of at least 5V, but no more than 12V to the power connector P1? The schematic can be found here. The power input is shown on page 27. You should also check that fuse F1 is not blown.

i conected 5v power supply to the power connector p1. The 12v and 5v volts are coming to the board ,but 3.3v and 1.2v are not , there is a connectivity between ground and 3.3v

Prassna,

On an HDK, P1 is a +12VDC input. There should have been an AC adapter that is in the box w. the HDK that will supply the correct voltage.

I'm not sure how you got +12VDC with a +5VDC input on P1.
