TM4C129ENCPDT: Tivaware 2.1.3 USB driver install not seeing certificate

I am trying to install the new 'signed' USB drivers for Tivaware 2.1.3 (usb_dev_serial) on a Windows 7 Enterprise machine, but I get a 'Windows can't very the publisher of this driver software' even though I installed the certificate from the .cat file.

Am I missing something?
