customer evaluated the TIVAware and want to use a TM4C1231H6PM for his project. What files from a TIVAware example has to be changed that the it runs on the TM4C1231H6PM. Only .cmd? TM4C1231H6PM.h?

Yes. The cmd file needs to change. Also the customer needs to check if the features on the application are supported in terms of peripherals on the TM4C1231H6PM device.
