Haven't you yet found the TM4C product selection page?
And of course you know that the Micro SD card and the 16Mb Flash are not inside a MCU, correct?
That being said, there will be several parts that suit your needs on that list.
I'm just a bit confused: what does "dought" refer to on your post title?
Clearly - poster meant, "DOUBT!" (even coming from Brazil - jumping to Portugal (home of Luis) you knew that - did you not?) English is so VERY HARD to learn/master. (poster's phonetic spelling was logical - yet incorrect as "doubt" (others, similar) is a "special" case - usually must be seen many times to "sink in."
You've "boxed poster in" have you not? Why limit his selection to, "Only ONE Vendor?" Other M4s "walk the earth" are 50% (or more) faster, include multiple DACs, REAL I2S - and far better support larger, TFTs. (via graphic accelerators)
A "too narrow choice" (almost) qualifies as, "NO CHOICE" - does it not?
Hummm... Did I know he meant DOUBT? Maybe my alter ego is just trying to incentive fellow colleagues to take a second look at their spelling. This is still an English based forum... The more we give the younger reasons to improve their writing skills, the better their careers will outcome. Think of it as free linked-in advice! ;)
As for having limited to one vendor... It is TI's Dollars that support these servers, ain't that right? Giving poster such a link as a reply teaches him "how to search". If he gets the idea and decides to do the same with other vendors, that's up to him. There's more than way to skin a cat... and many more to answer a broad open question... I am still convinced some use can come out of that reply of mine...

Example from some of my training... not always: You are flying 2000' above ground and your single engine quits. A reasonable clean stretch of barley fields can be promptly seen ahead. You decide you'll look for something better. You see a road to your right, interesting. You remember you actually just saw an airfield on your 8 o-clock... That would be perfect! After S'ing around you crash on a ravine full of trees... Too many choices? Sometimes your requirements need one reasonable choice only, and in good time! Of course you wisely used (almost) on your sentence, as would I, but...
Anyway, it seems fair enough to reply with TI products whenever possible on this environment.
Might (some) competitive "push" cause hallowed vendor to, "Improve & Extend their offerings?" And - does not that benefit, "All who walk here?" And hallowed vendor?
It is poor form to mention another's name, part ID here (don't do that), but to, "Raise the consciousness - especially of one (already) expressing "Doubt" - reveals (little) evil..."

That's a difficult question to answer, albeit might appear logical at first. I would assume that TI is WELL AWARE that other manufacturers offer products competing "on the same range", with better performance or even lower prices. But more likely than not, they are working on some sort of TM4C13x to beat that, ain't it?
Hence, when this forum steer posters away from this vendor, we'd risk a chance of making "competitors even stronger" - to a point that we help killing this vendor. Shot in the foot?

Still, I guess we're all a bit evil! Can't help helping-and-picking!
Amit Ashara said:Surprises me to see that you have selected a TM4C1294NCPDT device for part number and asking the same question for the answer.
And further: lists a bunch of specs that are copy/paste from the mentioned p/n table!
And even further: abandons the post...
