I have a question about Efuse Autoload Self Test.

Does this feature refer to HalCoGen's efcCheck () function?

Hi,

No, not really. The Efuse Autoload self test is done before the CPU and the rest of the system were released from the reset. The autoload selftest is automatically done at each power up cycle. The efcCheck() is performing additional selftest of the Efuse Module after the CPU is released from reset.

Hi,
The EFC Autoload Error flag will set when the autoload fails. It is the bit10 of the EFCPINS register in the EFC module.
