Are you planning to use JTAG or a Serial Interface?

If you are going JTAG, you can use the free program Uniflash - download it from TI's site.
A low cost JTAG interface for your purpose is the ICDI found on the "DEBUG SIDE" of the TM4C129XL Launchpad, which will serve the purpose assuming you have the JTAG connector on your target board.

Okay, thank you i will try it, when the Launchpad arrive.

Make sure you unpower the main CPU of the Launchpad (JP2) when you use the JTAG for an external target, otherwise it could conflict.

Further, I don't think the Launchpad comes with a programming cable for external targets. You will need to assemble your own - so it is a good idea to think ahead and source the parts - or maybe buy something else that comes with the cable you need (for example, a BOOSTXL-CC2650MA Bluetooth boosterpack).

I already made my programming cable, i am waiting now to arrive my LaunchPad. Thank you for the help and this JTAG Interface documentation is perfekt!

now i got the LaunchPad and now i am try to programming offboard.
i got this error message in Uniflash when i tried to load image (.bin files): Status: CORTEX_M4_0: Error connecting to the target

I made these:
1. Ensure that header pin EXTDBG is unconnected
2. Connect the header pin GND from EK-TM4C123GXL to GND on the external board
3. Connect the header pin TCK from EK-TM4C123GXL to TCK on the off-board TM4C12x
4. Connect the header pin TMS from EK-TM4C123GXL to TNS on the off-board TM4C12x
5. Connect the header pin TDI from EK-TM4C123GXL to TDI on the off-board TM4C12x
6. Connect the header pin TDO from EK-TM4C123GXL to TDO on the off-board TM4C12x
7. Connect the header pin RST_N from EK-TM4C123GXL to RST_N on the off-board TM4C12x
8. Make sure that the power selector is moved to DEBUG side
9. Connect the USB cable on the USB debug connector
10. I supplyed the off-board, and i checked the voltages. On the off-board.

What am i miss?

I tried with another board and now it is working, thank you all! Tomorrow i will test the board.
